The I.T Essentials 1 programme provides the student with knowledge of building, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting of PCs and also explains the basics of other technologies such as printers, CDs & DVDs and digital cameras. Students have access to many practical activities during the evening sessions and have 24/7 access to the web based curriculum.

The course provides the student with the prerequisites of the CompTIA A+ Hardware and Software examinations which will provide the student with the building blocks for a career in I.T support.
